0.9.3 Beta
Latest17 October 2026
Better glass, translucency for thin surfaces, and a round of fixes. It may be used until 31 January 2027.
After installing, the first render prepares the GPU programs once and can take a few minutes. The first scene that uses Translucency prepares one more, once.
New features
- NewMaterialsTranslucency
Leaves, paper and lampshades can now let light through. Shuaa Material > Transmission > Translucency (thin).
- NewLightsLights the Scene

Known issues
- Known issueLive ViewerSubdivision Surface with several objects
In the Live Viewer, a Subdivision Surface over several objects, or used with a Cloner, renders at its Subdivision Editor level instead of its Subdivision Renderer level. Set both to the same value to match the final render.
